Be careful as some online dealers passing 90W kits as 120W and 120W kits as 160Ws. They are slowly being caught out, but are backyard operators which make it harder to regulate.
If in doubt the best way to tell is with a WATT METER and often the size of the panels is to (physically) small. There are also many sellers which are claiming to sell German/German certified panels which are actually made in China.
